1. Business Days & Cut-Off Time

  • Our business days are Monday through Saturday.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order cut-off time: 06:00 PM Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship orders within the United States only.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • To reduce delivery times, we fulfill orders from our U.S.-based warehouses.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday) after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
  • If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you promptly via email.

4. Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, Babisak partners with trusted U.S. carriers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx
  • Amazon Logistics (for select regions)

We choose the best available carrier for your destination to guarantee safe and efficient delivery.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 3–6 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, courier workload, and weather conditions.

6. Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate shipping within the U.S.: $4.95 USD.
  • Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to track your package in real time.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
We will handle the investigation directly with the carrier.
Depending on the situation, we will provide a replacement or refund to ensure your satisfaction.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
We recommend verifying your shipping address carefully before checkout.


10. Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
