Returns & Refunds Policy

We provide a clear, fair, and hassle-free return and refund process so that you can shop with confidence.

1. Return Policy

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and promotional items must be included.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with all components included.
  4. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the return package.
  5. Ship the package to the return address provided in our confirmation email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
Pre-paid return labels are only provided when the return is due to our mistake.

2. Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

3. Refunds Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the product was defective or shipped in error (see our Shipping Policy for details).
  • If your order included a promotional item or gift, its retail value may be deducted from your refund if not returned.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  2. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide a pre-paid return label.
  3. You may choose either a replacement at no cost or a full refund.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete:

  • Notify us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will promptly ship the correct or missing items at no additional cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing [email protected].
  • We will confirm your cancellation by email.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may still return it after delivery by following the steps in the Return Policy above.
