You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and promotional items must be included.
- Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Return an Item

- We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with detailed instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all components included.
- Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the package to the return address provided in our response.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items. Pre-paid return labels are only provided if the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the product was defective or shipped in error.
- If you received a promotional item with your order and do not return it, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.

- We will promptly ship the correct or missing items at no additional cost to you.
