1. Cancellation Eligibility
- Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, as they are prepared specifically for your request.
- Items marked “Final Sale” are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request cancellation:

- Provide your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.
- We will check the shipping status and confirm if the order is eligible for cancellation.
- If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund, including shipping fees, to your original payment method.
- If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Instead, you may return the item after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Once cancellation is confirmed, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the order is canceled before shipping, the refund will include the full order amount and shipping fees.

If you receive the wrong item or your shipment is missing products:
