Cancellation Policy

At Babisak, we understand that circumstances can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel an order, and what to expect regarding refunds and support.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, as they are prepared specifically for your request.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.
  3. We will check the shipping status and confirm if the order is eligible for cancellation.
  • If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund, including shipping fees, to your original payment method.
  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Instead, you may return the item after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once cancellation is confirmed, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the order is canceled before shipping, the refund will include the full order amount and shipping fees.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your shipment is missing products:

  • We will promptly arrange to ship the correct or missing items at no additional cost.
