1. Orders
Q1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is complete.
Q2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery.

Q3. How can I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s website to track your delivery.
2. Payments
Q4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB
- PayPal (redirected to PayPal’s secure site)

Q5. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and PCI DSS–compliant gateways. We never store your full card details.
Q6. Why was my payment declined?
This may be due to incorrect card details or your bank declining the transaction. Please double-check your information or contact your bank. If the issue continues, email us at [email protected].
3. Shipping
Q7. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Q8. How long does delivery take?
- Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days depending on your location and courier workload.
Q9. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.95 USD per order. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Q10. Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

4. Returns & Refunds
Q11. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Q12. Who pays for return shipping?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or shipped in error, Babisak covers the cost.
Q13. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Q14. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Cancellations
Q15. Can I cancel a custom or final sale item?
No. Custom-made or final sale items cannot be canceled or refunded, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Q16. Will I be refunded shipping fees if I cancel before shipping?
Yes. If your order is canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees.

Q17. How does Babisak protect my personal data?
We use SSL encryption, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect your information. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant providers.
