  • Our business days are Monday through Saturday.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order cut-off time: 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship orders within the United States only.
  • To reduce delivery times, we fulfill orders from our U.S.-based warehouses.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday) after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
  • If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you promptly via email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 3–6 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier workload, and weather conditions.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate shipping within the U.S.: $4.95 USD.
  • Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery in real time.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
  • We will handle the investigation directly with the carrier.
  • Depending on the case, we will provide a replacement or refund to ensure your satisfaction.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
