1. Return Policy

 Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 21 days from the delivery date.
 Condition: Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • In their original packaging with all tags and labels intact

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale

📌 Return Shipping:
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
Babisak is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

2. Refund Policy

✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and verified.
✔ Refund processing time: Up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Exchanges

 We do not offer direct exchanges.
✔ If you need a different item, return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

✔ If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact support@babisak.com within 7 days of delivery.
✔ We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
✔ Please provide photos of the issue to expedite the process.

5. Shipping Restrictions

📌 We do NOT accept international returns Babisak only ships and processes returns within the U.S.
